So...we've had a major shift in our schedule/routine this Fall. We went from me dropping both girls (2.5 & 5) at Daycare at 7:20 to DD1 catching the bus at 8:40 and DH dropping DD2 at 9am at pre-school. My kids now need breakfast at home. I aim to leave the house between 7:30-7:40 to head to work.

What do you do for breakfasts thats easy/quick/make-ahead?

Right now we are rotating between scrambled eggs, muffins, yogurt, cereal and french toast sticks. DH is on the hook to supply it but I try to help. I've made and frozen dozens of muffins and I always keep cereal bars and yogurt on hand for quickies. Some mornings I have time to whip up some scrambled eggs to help DH.

DH is not a morning person, so he is not at full efficiency when he rolls out of bed at 730 (dont get me started on why he cant get up earlier)...so I need easy.

Cereal is a fail because DD2 just doesnt eat it well. If we let DD1 have it DD2 cries until she gets it...then doesnt eat it...then cries bc she is hungry.

So what do you all do?
