September POAS - Fall for BFP's!

Hi ladies. I did get my first BFP end of Aug. but am miscarrying now. It was early so we are not going to skip a month and plan on TTC as soon as this bleeding stops.

    So here goes:

    Cycle Day: CD3
    TTC Cycle #: 11
POAS date: not going to pee on anything until AF is late. So that could be 10/2. Can I still join this thread then?
    Baby #: 1
Your plan this month: same thing last month when we conceived. BD every other day and every day in my fertile window. Use conceive plus and Softcups plus lay in bed for at least 15 min after. In the TWW eat lots of spinach and Brazilian nuts. Also no drinking and only decaf coffee. Picking up some opk's and temping again this cycle so that I can know when and if I ovulated.

Fall activities you are looking forward to: I just can't wait to bust out the comfy clothes! I have put on a few pounds since starting TTC and summer clothes do not flatter me! Haha

@Tidybee: thanks. I'm really sorry to hear you are going through this too. I read you are very fertile right after a mc so I'll be keeping my fingers crossed we (and everyone else) will see bfp's again!

    Cycle Day: 24
    TTC Cycle #: 1
    POAS date: Sept 20
    Baby #: 2
Your plan this month: First cycle PP, so just taking it easy, seeing what happens.

Well I am out for this month, AF arrived today. Looking back on it, our timing wasn't great so it's on to the next.

Not sure if I've o'ed yet or not. I've been temping and checking cervix position, but no OPKs bc I never got a positive with them last time, but this whole baby not STTN anymore thing is making temping hard!

    Anyone here chart while breastfeeding???

@MissLace: Sorry to hear that. Do you think the vitamins you were taking made a difference in the length of your LP this month? I read it can take a few cycles for them to kick in.

    apricot / 311 posts

@kick641: well i got a positive okp 1 day earlier since taking all the supplements but according to my temps i still O'd on the same day as usual (CD24 of a 31 day cycle). Although i did read that the recommended dose of vitex is 1000mg and i was only taking 500mg since thats whats in one pill so i will up it to 2 pills/day this cycle. I'm also going to buy some progesterone cream off amazon today and use that from O-day until CD1 or hopefully throughout the first few weeks of a bfp (wishful thinking!).

Sorry I haven't updated here. My beta came back negative at the dr.'s and I'm on CD4 now. My POAS date will be sometime in October. I hope to see lots of BFP's in September!!!

@Mrs. J: Me! But it's so not working. LO slept through the night before we started solids and now it's 1- 5 nursing sessions... I know it doesn't make sense to temp like this at all... but at least it feels like I have a chance to catch o
We wanted LOs close in age but TTC has been so much harder this time around.

@Mrs. J: Not yet. We wanted to try for 3 cycles first and if it's not “working” or temping remains inconclusive I'll buy some.

So frustrated that I've kind of already given up on this cycle. I'm on cd 10 and am still battling a month long yeast infection that I got after using the conceive plus crap. I should be ovulating in three days. I feel like I've tried everything. Over the counter stuff, homeopathic stuff, prescription oral and internal.... Argh!!! This was such a do or die cycle too. For a variety of work reasons, this was the last month that would work well. It's also the last month that I could've gotten pregnant and still been eligible for FMLA (too long to explain). So frustrated.

@travellingbee: i hear ya, its so frustrating when your body doesn't work like it should! just yesterday i had to go to a much younger cousin's baby shower and there were no less then 3 other pregnant (all with their second!) girls in attendance. I had to listen to the "your next" "when are you guys going to start trying" "what are you waiting for" comments all day. I just wanted to scream "when my body finally figures its sh!t out!" ughhh so frustrating. End rant.

I haven't been on one of these threads in a few months. Here's to being optimistic!

Cycle Day: 009 <--that was a typo, but I'm going to roll with it!

TTC Cycle #: This month makes a year, but cycle #10 or #11

    POAS date: September 27th

    Baby #:1

Your plan this month: Met with RE, had ultrasound showing plenty of eggs, and structurally sound uterus. Although, I learned it's tilted to the back. RE said it's not a problem however. HSG on Tuesday, DH SA next week, and probably Clomid next month. 30 Day Yoga Challenge Starts next week. No fast food or processed food this month.

Fall activities you are looking forward to: Pumpkin everythang!

I thought I was out! Not kidding. I have been spotting for three days and it is highly stereotypical for me to do so before AF. I haven't taken a test since Thursday, I just had the urge to test again because I expected AF this afternoon. I am 14-16dpo. Am I seeing things?! Be honest...

Cautiously optimistic, but will have to wait to take an FRER tomorrow. We will see...maybe Clomid did the trick?

@lil owl: @Mrs. J: just wanted to commiserate. I had to night wean my almost 2 year old in order to get my period back. But she still won't STTN, and I usually spend half the night in her bed. I laugh at myself buying a basal thermometer over a year ago thinking "I'll be able to chart any month now"!

This is my first cycle PP, so I have no idea what I am doing. I saw some EWCM one morning and took an OPK and it was positive. Without noticing the CM though I would have been clueless. That was CD21 or so. I don't really want to pee on sticks for weeks since I don't know my cycle, and it probably won't regulate until I fully wean anyways.

    Good luck to you all
