So it sounds like the trial should be wrapped up. I didn't see an update from yesterday (Monday's hearing) but I believe Sarah from Serial said she couldn't be there Monday. I'm very interested to hear how the judge rules. Sarah did indicate that either way it will probably just end up back in appeals court.
I was a little sad to see the statement from Haes family. I understand you think he's the killer and you want to put all this behind you, but if there is a chance he's innocent and the real killer is still loose, you should want the legal system (and Asia) to do the best they can.

Sounded like it might be a while before the judge rules on whether or not they will give him a new trial. I still find this way more interesting than Season 2 so I am really glad they went back for updates!

@Eko: I agree. Undisclosed has a little more excitement and better coverage of what actually happened in court.
I feel like Sarah is trying really hard to stay neutral, for journalistic purposes, but I don't think she is and it's coming off.... awkward? I don't know.
Did undisclosed not do a PCR Hearing update for yesterday?

I do still think Season 2 is interesting! Just in a really different way. In a way, it's kinda nice b/c I am not like stressed out thinking about whether Adnan is guilty or not, haha.

@Eko: It's funny, I kind of hate the Undisclosed updates - I think because I always found Susan a little annoying and now that she's the anchor she comes off as kind of a fangirl, talking so quickly and excitedly about how awesome the laywer is - when she said he "pwned" the DAG I almost rolled my eyes out of my head. I think she needs Rabia and Colin to dilute her a bit.

@erinbaderin: I kind of like her excitement. It is an exciting thing for anyone who supports adnan (or a fair trial for him at least). It's kind of nice to see such a raw, unedited, piece of journalism. But I totally know what you mean about some of her comments! Pwning the DAG. Lolz.

@.twist.: I see what you mean. I personally like her enthusiasm. I think it gives a little more life to a 'dry' subject. I think all three of them are a pretty good mix. I feel like her emotions during the podcasting echo mine. Just wanting justice for Adnan. I am sure if you work in the field and see a specific case of injustice, you feel a little more passionate about it.
