My DD (just over 7 months) tends to not do the traditional baby babble. Baba, mamama, gaga, essentially all those consonant sounds. She does do "mmmm," "ha" and a collection of other squeaks and squeals. She will respond back at me or others with her set of noises, and when she is excited says "ha" a lot. She knows her name and passed her hearing screening at birth, and she also still exhibits the traits of someone that hears what is going on around them.

How about your LO at this age? Am I being kind of concerned about nothing?
