My OB thinks I have endometriosis, but wants us to try and get pregnant for a couple of months. I have been in nearly constant pain, not severe, more irritating with short bursts of cramps and then pretty miserable during my period. I get stomach cramps and back pain. Well, today is probably 8 dpo...waiting on confirmation from the blood test I took yesterday, and I am MISERABLE. Like I went to breakfast about 20 minutes from home with some friends, and the cramps started as I got back in my car to come home and I barely made it home. I felt nauseous it hurt so bad. I'd already taken ibouprofin this morning because I woke up with slightly worse than normal, but manageable cramps.

Any ideas on what could be causing this? Should I be concerned enough to go to urgent care or do I wait until tomorrow to call my ob?
