Yesterday, my mom brought over her annual loaf of Irish Soda bread in celebration of St. Patrick's Day & I have eaten nearly a third of it all on my own. & it's only been in this house for 27 hours!!

This post brings back memories of my Great Aunt May's soda bread, which I have not had in years. I need to ask my Mom and Grandma if they have the recipe. That stuff was delicious.

I had soda bread for the FIRST TIME today. Where has this been all my life? It was sooooo good, I had 3 pieces.
