Share your all time favorite recipe for cut outs!
Do you usually just frost or sprinkle with sugar? Any suggestions for something no sugary that won't melt at room temp?

@holdonforonemoreday: I tend to add in a little more vanilla or almond extract to get a little more flavor, but they always come out nice and soft. I'll have to try it with the lemon zest, that sounds delish!
