I started brushing my teeth with the LO recently to get her more excited about it. I use an electric toothbrush so she loves to hear it whirl. Last night it was teeth brushing time and she said in the sweetest voice "Mommy, brush our teeth together?". Aaaaah, I die.

When my LO is tired she'll stick her thumb in her mouth and throw her head against my chest. It's so sweet- I get to cuddle with her and rock her. Melts my heart every time!

omg! I have been posting these on Twitter/FB as #mushymommymoment. I think the last one was this morning when I was rushing into the car and I was telling Rob Sr. something I was upset about, and out of nowhere in the backseat RJ says "you ok, mommy?" I said "aww, yes mommy's ok" and he said "it's ok, mommy"... ahhhhhh

LO picked up her pink penguin TY beanie baby, nestled it on her shoulder and started patting its butt!
CUTEST thing ever! She just started to hug her stuffed animals. -

Liv and I were laying side by side getting wound down for bed the other night (shes 7 months) and I had my iphone on so she could see us both on the screen. She watched for a minute, then looked over at me and threw her arms around my neck and planted a huge open mouth kiss on my cheek. I have it on video and I just about die every time I watch it

When I'm breastfeeding her at night before bed, she's sleepy and happy and while she's eating she'll put her free hand up to my lips and just pat my face. I want to cry every time.

@Rubies: RJ and I did not enjoy nursing, so we didn't have many moments like that, but the one or two times he did this I wanted to explode with happiness.

OMG I'm dying! I love all of these cute moments! Ok the last melt my heart moment was last night, I was putting my LO to bed and he kept tossing and turning. He finally started reaching for my hand and I held it and he started falling asleep. When I pulled it away, he grab it tightly and wrapped his other hand around it and put it to his mouth and kissed it. I die.

She tried to eat my nose this morning and then laughed. Pretty sure she didn't mean it as a gesture of affection but it melts my heart anyway.

LO gave me a genuine big smile just today! She's one month and had randomly smiled big when my mom was holding her earlier in the week. But today, at the docs office, she looked me in the eye while I was talking to her then smiled at me. EEEEEEE!!! It could be complete coincidence (do they smile responsively this young?) but I LOVED it! Total mush moment.
