DS1- he is incredibly smart- he's got a photographic memory and retains everything! He is mine and DH's biggest helper, especially with his little brother and sister. He is so kind and compassionate, it makes me so proud to see the empathy he has for others!

DD- she is our spunky little spitfire. She is so friendly- never meets a stranger. She is strong willed and will stand her ground no matter what. But she's a total mama's girl and gives the best snuggles.

DS2- he is my smiley, precious baby boy! His grin is heart melting! He's my only LO to nurse this long and those moments are amazing. He's so darn easygoing as well!

1. He has a great sense of humor. He is really hilarious.

2. He is an awesome traveler. Trains, planes, automobiles....this kid is cool to go anywhere.

3. He just has such a love for life. Everything delights him. He has made me stop and appreciate things more.

Oh, this is great!

1 - He loves to snuggle, and it warms my heart that every morning he asks to snuggle with me. Who am I to turn that down?

2 - He is a curious explorer, whether with nature, new places, or people. He'll walk up to people and say hi, he wants to see and touch and climb anything, and while it's all very tiring, I love his zeal for new experiences.

3 - He loves to read! While he isn't actually doing the reading, I am, he will sit and read books with me for a loooooooong time. I'm so glad he's already a book lover!

DD1: 1. She is hilarious, we never know what is going to come out of her mouth.
2. She's a lover, I can't count how many times a day she gives me kisses, hugs, and says "I love you mommy"
3. She's so adventurous, she loves to have fun and try new things which makes being a mom extra fun because we can go out and do things without her being scared.

DD2:
1. her smile lights up a room, I can not have a bad day when I see her smile.
2. She's the easiest going baby, she goes with the flow and doesn't care if we cart her around. She's along for the ride.
3. Even though she refuses a bottle, she has the happiest demeanor when I pick her up from daycare. She will just nurse and smile up at me like "see mom I waited for you" and I can't get mad at that (even though I wish she would take a bottle so our daycare lady had an easier time!)

1. I adore the way he plays with my hair when I'm holding him. I never want to forget that.

2. I adore his sense of humour. He's so silly and fun.

3. Recently, I adore the way he's been saying "thanks mama" or "ooook, mama". When I'm normally just mommy.

1. I love that he says thank you to us all the time!

2. He loves to brush my hair after I get out of the shower or when he sees me getting ready in the bathroom.

3. He's super easy going, which means lots of smiles and laughing, and isn't a picky eater.

DS is 10 months.

1. He just started to wave and say "hi" but its more like a low growling "haaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiii" and it cracks us up.

2. He has just his two top and bottom teeth so when he laughs and smiles he looks like a little bunny.

3. He's in this sweet spot in terms of his sleep. Even if he wakes early, he just sits and plays in his crib until we go get him. No crying, super happy. He goes down for 2 naps everyday for about 2 hours each at 10am and 2:30pm and is down for the night at 730pm until 730am the next day.

DD1- 1. She is so polite. She always says please, thank you, no thank you, etc. It makes my heart smile to hear how polite she is. We always get compliments about her behavior and politeness. 2. She is such a great helper and she loves her sister so much. If anyone even tries to touch DD2, she says "That's my K". 3. She is super adventurous and outgoing. Her personality is so cute.

DD2- 1. She is such a happy baby. She wakes up with a huge smile. It instantly makes me happy seeing her smile.
2. She is an easy baby and has slept all night since the night we brought her home from the hospital. 3. She loves her sister. Their faces light up like stars when they see each other. They have a special bond.

DD is 3.
1. She gives hugs for no reason. She will be playing, look up and run over to us to give us a hug, no return hug needed.
2. She's so brave. She loves swimming and jumping into the pool with no help.
3. She's a very dedicated friend. When she makes a friend and considers someone a friend, she wants to be with them as much as possible.

DS just turned 1 yr

1. He is cruising now and just loves to walk and run and tumble and get back up again. This kid has a zest for life

2. He is a happy and very curious baby. (is he a baby still? Toddler? He's a happy toddler!!). Adventurous and just loves to laugh.

3. He has become more interactive with our dog. Our dog is a rescue with anxiety/nervous issues but he is so good to DS. It's as if he has some maternal instinct. Warms my heart.

LO is 3.
#1: I love how thoughtful and caring she is for others. LO has developed this special “funny smile” (her words) to show to babies who are crying, to make them happy again. Whenever we hear a baby crying, she will bust out the “funny smile” for them. She also tells babies (and their mothers) that “babies like me because they know that I am a good friend”. She likes to give to others, and is just generally really thoughtful of other people’s feelings. The empathy is strong in this one!

#2: Her imagination. She is content to play games using her imagination – she loves movies and vegging out in front of the TV too, but she loves playing with dolls and does different voices for them and everything, and makes up whole storylines for them. I like to see her mind working and growing.

3#: LO is so loving. She always wants to be holding my hand, and loves being worn still because she likes to hear my heart (she told me this ). She loves to share my pillow with me, and loves giving hugs and kisses.

E will be 3 in less than a month!

#1: He loves to cuddle with me. If he wakes up before me he'll peek into our room and ask "mama cuddle with Evan?" and when I pull back the blanket he'll climb in (carrying his blankie) and snuggle in tight to me.

#2: He's concerned about other people. Whether it's me or one of his classmates or anyone else, if he thinks someone is hurt or sad he'll offer a hug and a toy

#3: Anytime music is playing he wants to have a dance party

Bonus #4: Lately we've been listening to the baby's heartbeat on the doppler. He'll be in the bath, and we'll be talking about what we're going to do after (diaper, then PJs, then brush teeth, then read x stories, etc) and he'll interrupt with "listen to baby's heartbeat!" I that SO much!

Everything? She's just so damn cute. And she's a sleepy preemie, so we have to wake her up to feed her. She lets us have our sleep between feeds! And she never cries. Seriously. And she's finally nursing pretty well. So basically we're just completely in love with her and she hasn't given us any trouble (other than coming early!) at all.

Oh this is fun
DS (27m):
1) He is so social and empathetic, we have to work with him on giving other people personal space because he loves to hug everyone. As one other mom at daycare put it: that's a good problem to have.
2) He is so curious and inquisitive, he always has to find out how things work.
3) He is fiercely protective and sooo proud of his little sister

DD (6m):
1) She is so curious too and if we let her stare out the window all day long she would.
2) She is so determined. She gets really frustrated that she can't move from A to B yet but works so hard to get it figured out.
3) She is one smiley little lady and has the best laugh that she happily shares all day long.

DD is 6 months but she's the best!

1. Her smile lights up a room. It's the best!
2. She's so easygoing. I get so much done and we just have adventures out and about everyday. It makes running errands pretty awesome.
3. She so inquisitive so watching her figure things out, especially now that she's crawling, is awesome.
