I want my family to eat more vegetables and I need some ideas. My DH is extremely picky with vegetables. I swear, he probably has tried 10 or less different kinds of vegetables in his entire life. I cooked some carrots last night and he ate it, but! It was sautéed with butter and not healthy at all. I cannot sneak ingredients into his food. I did that once and he was infuriated. He likes crunchy texture. Any suggestions?! Thanks in advance.
