Always trolling for ideas!

Last night DH grilled a steak (I don't eat meat but he is a total carnivore), and I cooked rice + beans and vegetable dumplings to go with.
Monday: Roasted cauliflower and chickpea tacos

Tuesday: Burgers with salad and leftover taco fixings
Wednesday: Greek salad wraps with homemade sweet potato fries
Thursday: Movie date night, we'll probably grab a quick bite out somewhere before we go (or I'll just eat theater popcorn and be totally happy with that for my dinner)
Friday: we are headed up to the cottage for the long weekend, so I'll have to talk to the fam about food plans

I don't plan lunches, but DH always has sandwich fixings kicking around, or he eats out. I generally eat leftovers. What are you guys eating this week?
