Does anyone share a diaper bag with DH? I am thinking about getting one unisex bag that we can both use (and the nanny if we hire one). That way, we don't have to constantly worry about supplies in both bags. Does this work okay? We both work out of the home. I assume I could get a little insert for my own stuff, wallet, keys, lipstick, etc, that I could take in and out.

Well, DH has rarely gone out by himself with the kids and when he has, he just takes my diaper bag. He doesn't mind in the least. He probably isn't even aware that some dads have their own individual diaper bags, lol.

We have one diaper bag that we both use, much easier than switching things from one bag to another. We only use it on full day trips though. If we're just out running errands I have a small bag that fits a travel pack of wipes, a few diapers and a disposable changing table cover that I throw in my purse. But my purse is pretty large to begin with.

We always just had one diaper bag going on at anytime.
As for my personal stuff, I carried it separate from the diaper bag. I had a little cross body bag that I used, and actually, still use a lot!

We have just one diaper bag. It's a black bag by Skip Hop. It is always stocked with diapers and wipes and a change of clothes. I don't think there is a reason to have two?

We registered for only one bag and plan to just keep it along with Baby. I only ever carry a little wristlet and he has his wallet, so we didn't see a need for two bags.

We have a khaki, satchel style nappy bag that we share. It has two front pockets that I use for my phone/purse/keys. It works for us.

We only have one diaper bag; it's a Petunia Pickle Bottom with a blue print. Whoever takes the baby, tags the bag

We just have one bag. I think it would be a pain to have two. I just throw my wallet in it when we are going out.

@raintreebee: I think this is fine, DH never carried the diaper bag, and if he wa with her by himself he used a backpack...I guess it's more manly?

@raintreebee: Yep, works out fine for us. I'm not organized enough to keep two stocked! Our first one was a large purse-style, but now that it's bit the dust DH requested a more gender neutral one so he doesn't feel so girly carrying it haha!

We just have one diaper bag. It was actually gifted to DH, it's a backpack one and we share it. Even if one of us is out with the baby there would be no need for two, because the diaper bag is with the baby.

We have one bag and it looks like a purse lol. Hubby has actually received compliments on his man purse. He doesn't care!

We share one! It's a Diaper Dude messenger bag. I have a purple Coach diaper bag, but DH kept getting compliments on his 'purse' on solo trips with DS, so we got the Diaper Dude
