How do baby/toddle shoe sizes run? I was thinking I should look for summer shoes on clearance for next summer when she will be walking but I have no clue how they are sized.

I wonder this too! my LO fits a certain length, but her feet (instep) is so fat that she can't fit into the shoes. sigh.

You never know how fast or slow their feet will grow. LO is in one size for 5 months and then another size for 1 month. I would just wait.... I know you want to save money but you'll probably end up spending more if the shoes don't fit.

I think it totally depends on your LO. LO is in size 4 now. But he was in 0 - 6 months way longer than that and 6 - 12 until just recently.
