Hey Bees!
I trust your recommendations... I'm looking for a shopping cart cover. LO is 6 months and sitting up great so I can finally start sitting her in the cart for shopping. Yay for grocery store trips!
So, I'm looking for something that's relatively cute or kind of neutral and will hold up well. Price is a consideration - would like to keep it under $50 if possible. Do you have one you love? Include a link if you have one!!!
***Bonus points if purple is in the color scheme :o)

We have this one and love it...It is big enough for the larger shopping carts for stores like Target, etc.

We have the same one as @cottoncandy. I especially liked it in the beginning when lo was still wobbly, it kept her nice and comfy. Its bulky, but I just leave it in the car.

We have this one and really like it since it fits in every shopping cart I've ever used (including Target, which seems to have larger carts!). They're a little pricey but we got ours at buybuybaby when it was on sale and we had a 20% off coupon so I think we paid around $35-40 for it.
And yes grocery store trips were so much more fun once LO could sit in the cart!

@CottonCandy: @artbee: I had looked at the Infantino one and some of the reviews said they didn't hold up well in the wash. How has yours been for that? Did it come with a buckle? Places to put toys?
@betsyboop: I had looked at the avocado damask from Itzy Ritzy and liked your design too! How does it do with washing?

@carrielouwho: Yeah, it did come with a buckle and I think its been fine in the wash..I don't wash it *every* time we use it, I usually just keep it in the trunk and wash it every few outings.

@CottonCandy: Thanks!!! I can't imagine washing every time, but a few comments have said the cover fell apart. Reviews are so hard to tell if the person is just a complainer or if it's really a defect. Thanks!!!

@CarrieLouWho: LO is 20 months, we've been using it since around 6 months and I haven't had any issues with it yet. It does have a buckle, though I don't use it. It's hard enough to get the cover on when you're in a hurry and sometimes holding a baby and your purse. I think it's so fluffy that she just never wants to get out, the fluffyness holds her in. It does have little tags to stick the toys on.

We were gifted one but I've seen it at Ross for $10. If you're not too worried about looks and want to save a few bucks...

We use this one and love it! It's a little pricey though, fits every large cart (costco & target), their customer service rocks too! I washed my first one (in cold water) and the colors bled, they replaced it no problem and quickly. I've washed this one a few times and no problems with bleeding or shrinking.

@CarrieLouWho: We have washed it so many times and it still looks great! The only slightly annoying thing is that the washing instructions suggest hang drying it, and since it's quite puffy, it takes a full day to dry. We still love it though and really appreciate the loops where you can hook toys onto it!

We got this one from our registry but haven't used it yet. I thought the print was cute. It has a little bit of purple and chevron in it!

@CarrieLouWho: I have the same one as @StbHisMrs. I haven't used it yet since LO is too young, but I bought it bc it's supposedly much easier to use than other covers. I wish it was purple.. But ease of use was a higher priority for me.
