LO has been in size 5 overnight diapers for a bit now (she's in size 4 during the day). She's been leaking out of them a lot lately (like probably 4 nights a week). Should I move up to a 6? Are they going to be too big on her? They say for toddlers above 35 lb and she's only about 23. I think they fit just fine but she sleeps on her stomach the entire night and pees a lot so it only absorbs towards the front then leaks out.

We have been experiencing the same thing, though wondering if our LO should move from size 3 to 4. We only do disposables at night, but just last night we tried double-stuffing a cloth diaper to see if it would work better. It did, but I won't believe we're out of the woods until we have a few consistent days of a dry baby.

you can also try double diapering. it's really not as bulky as you would think, and it definitely helped with my son.

I would look into a different kind? Or maybe they are too big? LO is 25lbs and the 4's work perfect.

Normally I would say yes, but LO is still in 5s at 31 pounds without major issues. Every once in a while he'll leak if he drank lots the previous evening. Also wondering if they're actually a bit big?

We do a larger size for nighttime because of leaks and blowouts. For us, it works wonders. LO's in 3's during the day and 4's at night.

I would wonder if they were big but we moved to a size 5 because the 4's were leaking! I still have some though so I can always try a size 4 again. Any recommendations on other brands though? We currently use Huggies.

I also wanted to add that she's a tall kid so going up a size is always good for us to allow for more coverage in front.

We use pampers baby dry at night. LO is 98% for her height so she is tall. We never had leaks until we realized the 3's were too small.

I just wanted to update that we switched to Pampers Baby Dry last week. We've had one very small leak since then, which is a huge improvement. And, honestly, she's been drooling a lot so it could have been drool instead of a leak.
