@LovelyPlum: Thank you! The lime green and polka dots matched our daughter's decor, but it'll work as a nursery, too! Not sure why the pictures posted sideways like that. They're just pics from my iPhone. Maybe I'll try again...

These are AMAZING!!! I love so many of these!
Here is our not-so-neutral nursery... these are old pics and we've changed a few things since, but you get the idea.
The room always makes me smile because I lot of love went into putting it together. DH went with me to some old farmhouse in BFE to pick up/move the dresser. My mom hemmed the curtains for me and made slip-covers for the glider cushions. My Dad gave the dresser a fresh coat of paint. He also installed the crown molding, the chair rail, and painted the room. My in-laws bought the crib and mattress. My neighbor gave us some lined storage baskets from her daughter's childhood room (not pictured - in the closet).

@spaniellove: they were leftover favors from our wedding! My SIL and DH folded them all. We had a million left over, but I.could never bring myself.to get rid of them. I'm really glad I didn't! And thanks You have done an amazing job with J's room!

@avivoca: It's a pattern called "Lucky" by Camille Roskelley: http://camilleroskelley.typepad.com/simplify/2013/05/thattimeofyear.html
My grandmother actually made it -- we both quilt, but I wanted our baby's quilt to have been made by her! She'll end up with plenty of quilts made by me, I'm sure. It really turned out beautifully, and you can adjust the pattern size based on how many blocks you include. I think we'll definitely make it again!

@tarabonno: I thought so! I love her quilts. I have a Swoon quilt that I'm still working on (having a baby derailed that a bit) and I've made one other pattern by her as well.

@LindsayInNY: good idea! Lots of inspiration here. Mine is not done but here are a few of the elements. How is yours coming along? The wallpaper in the corner of the 4th photo still has to come down.
