I put one in LOs room but I just don't love it and I'm not sure why. I need inspiration to redo it.

Here is ours. I still need to put photos in a couple frames and change a couple out. Hopefully I will get to that soon...

@KT326: hmmm I think maybe what I need are more small frames like you use. I am thinking maybe the issue is all my stuff is too much similar size and too big...

@Mae: I think yours looks fine? If anything I usually see the gallery wall above larger furniture. So maybe it would look better if you flip flopped the crib and changing table?

@Mae: to make it look better try clustering your items closer together and don't hang anything higher than the third stripe (gray) from the top. Since your pink art stops just under the fourth stripe (white), I'd place the what looks like a wedding pic in the midway in the white stripe. The small pink print is too far from the big pink art. Try rearranging the pics so the pink is in the middle set of pics.

@Mae: I don't think yours looks bad, you just have some gaps to fill in. I would hang some non-picture items in that gap in the bottom row and on both sides of the picture that sticks up on top. Things like an initial, a cute ornament, a shelf with some blocks or a stuffed animal on it, etc...

Mine is sorta boring but I like it there will be photos in the empty frames once baby girl is here

Not to totally derail this thread, but @Mrs. Lovejoy: I love the stars on the ceiling! Are those decals?

Thank you so much for these ideas! I think I really need to get some smaller frames and some non-framed stuff. I love the extra non-pic type stuff you guys have going on

These are all great! @Mae, I think your thoughts on smaller frames and non-framed items would really help fill your wall out. For the other posters, any recs on where to look for those items, or suggestions to get a search started? I keep looking on etsy and google but I get overwhelmed with all of the options.

@Mrs. Lovejoy: HA! We have almost the exact same nursery... White crib, gold stars on the ceiling, the same gallery wall in the same location, same arrangement, and with the same prints... Except ours has gray/aqua walls because it's for a boy. Too funny

@Mrs. Lovejoy: i looooove those prints, considered using them for our nursery too! but i'm cheap haha. and also those ceiling stars. too precious.

I think you just need to rearrange the frames a bit. I googled and found this page with some examples of arrangements: http://www.damicogallery.com/hang-and-group-picture-frames/

@Mae: Sorry, didn't see your reply earlier! I think if you added a couple small frames/non frame items on the wall it would really make it pop. I like where you have the frames now, I think it looks good. I love the grey stripes on the wall!
