I just started watching sister wives on Netflix. I actually think if I could get over the jealousy aspect, having sister wives would be an awesome idea! I like how on the show one of the wives is very domestic and stays home with the kids while some of the others work because they want a career. It's kind of a neat idea! Could you get on board with the idea of a poly relationship?

I am WAY too jealous for that. lol. I could see the benefit of it in some situations though.

I think having multiple partners to raise my child could be awesome (you know the whole it takes a village thing) but I would not be okay with DH having another spouse. I'm not jealous as much as I'm needy! lol! I barely see him as it is, I wouldn't want to split that time with anyone else. And he would hate only seeing DD every few days too.

I think I would rather have a two or three couple family. Like several families living in the same home, helping each other out, but no sexual aspect.

I definitely am too needy/possessive to be able to stomach the idea of Hubs having another spouse. Although part of me would TOTALLY LOVE IT because I definitely need help around the house AND I'm not in the mood nearly as often as Hubs is. If there were a couple more of us to share the load, he'd probably be happier and so would I! BUT I think I'd go crazy thinking about whether he liked Wife #2 more than me or what-not, and it just wouldn't work out.

Nope, no way. I'm a very jealous woman, and to share my man? oh hells no. And I hated having roommates in college, I don't think I'd like them now!

No. I'm not jealous and the "sharing" my husband part doesn't really bother me, but I don't want another adult living in my home and helping to parent LO. I wouldn't mind a set-up like that if it were really equal; but it rarely seems to work out that way.
I wouldn't mind having a sister-wife who lived down the street but did all my cleaning and laundry for me!! haha

I hate to admit it but I think I'm too controlling. It's taken me the better part of decade to let go and let DH take charge sometimes, so I can't imagine how long it would take me to get that point with new partners.

I'm glad that it works for them, but there is no way that would work for me! To me a marriage is one man, one woman (not multiple of either!) plus like many others I would be waaaay too jealous! I would almost feel like I am always being judged and compared to the other partner.
