My baby suddenly gets rashes when she wears non-cotton CDs. She is 8 months old and this just started this week...
Do you think I should try "stripping" the diapers? Boiling?

Non-cotton diapers never worked for us. I think I just couldn't get them clean enough. I don't have time for 20 rinse cycles.

We have hard water and noncotton never worked for us. But stripping would be a good place to start.

@Weagle: @brownie: I used the tinest squirt of Dawn in my top loader and it still made a sudsy mess. ARGH.
I sorted all of our diapers and the baby will get all the cotton styles for now. -
@autumnlove: gdiaper inserts are cotton on top and hemp on the bottom. They may work... and they are relatively cheap.
