My skin used to be super oily but I managed to avoid really bad acne~just the occasional pimple or two. Now, my skin is drier and sensitive and I'm noticing a few fine lines around my eyes. I hate the price point of all the Kate Somerville products, but it's been the only line that doesn't make things worse and dry me out like crazy.
I use Clarisonic sensitive face wash on my Clarisonic Pro nightly in the shower. If for some reason I'm not showering I use neutrogena makeup remover wipes to take off my make up. I moisturize with Kate Somerville Goat Milk Cream, Kate Somerville CytoCell anti wrinkle serum and also the CytoCell dark circle corrective eye cream. I use the Clarisonic Opal to apply the eye cream and anti wrinkle cream. I've really noticed it makes a difference.
In the morning, I just splash warm water on my face. Re-apply the Goat Milk Cream. I use Kate Somerville sunscreen with SPF 50. I then apply Sheseido Ultimate Sun Protection+Broad Spectrum SPF 50+ to my neck, chest, shoulders, and upper back. Then I do my makeup routine. (I'm super pale, have a ton of moles, and have had a few removed already [benign thankfully] so I'm diligent about sun protection. I survived cancer once. I don't want to tangle with it again if I can help it)
Once or twice a week I will use the Kate Somerville ExfloiKate Gentle Exfoliating Treatment followed by the Quench Hydrating Mask (also by Kate Somerville).

I used to work for Clinique!! I still use Clinique's bar soup and clarifying lotion. (Steps one and two of the 3-step process.). I can't find anything to replace those two. And i think they are essential.
I've been playing around with night and day moisturizers. I like Clinique repairwear but I'm tired of paying for it. It's not budget friendly, although I think skin care isn't something that should fall victim to a budget. I like nutregena when I'm feeling cheap. I love Stri-Vecten from Costco when my mom buys it for me. (That's what I'm using now.) There is another one from Costco that's about $25 for two bottles that I'm going to try next.
@mrsjyw: I always thought Shiseido was the best. If anyone wants to lighten any dark spots, I would look to Shiseido.

Here's mine (day, night and some of the masks I like). I use mainly Dr. Hauschka products; very gentle but extremely effective. I use Ceraphil to clean, and a Chanel exfolient a few times a week. I have oily/combination skin (still get breakouts at 32, sigh) but zero wrinkles/crowsfeet, etc. I use some BioElements products as well, at night and masks.
