Has anyone heard of this or used this? It's a service that picks up and delivers food to your house from restaurants that don't offer delivery.

We have something similar called Takeout Taxi, but the cost of delivery usually makes it not worth it. I have to order $20 worth of food and it's a $10 delivery charge. None of that includes a tip for the restaurant or the driver.

@avivoca: we have takeout taxi too but I've never used it. Didn't realize it's that expensive! I just DL the skip the dishes app and it ranges from $2.99 - $3.99. Not much more than what most restaurants charge for delivery anyway. We very rarely get takeout / delivery. But nice to have the additional options now for when we do!

We have Delivery Dudes near us. I never tried them, but the cost is $5 cash or $7 CC and any additional stops are an extra $5. When I pick up from our favorite ribs place I see signs for them all the time.

Where I used to live (urban) had a service like this called Wheel Deliver. It was crazy expensive.

We have a couple here, usually $7-10.

We have something similar and use it occasionally when we are feeling really lazy! It's too pricey to justify the cost on a regular basis and the food usually comes pretty cold.

In addition to grubhub (restaurants deliver), we also have LA bite and Eat 24 which are similar!

We have a couple similar services here but the extra cost makes me a lot more willing to get in the car and pick it up myself.
