I've taken some tips from this thread http://boards.hellobee.com/topic/are-we-setting-our-kids-up-for-failure-with-sleep-habits-by-having-two-working-parents
and started M's nighttime routine at 6pm. Depending on when her last nap was, she is asleep by 6:30 or 7. After she is asleep, she always wakes up 3 hours, on the dot, from when her last feeding was. She will eat and almost every time will fall back to sleep after she eats.
Question - should we continue this routine and hope that she drops that feeding at some point? Is this normal for babies to go down for bedtime and then wake up just an hour or an hour and a half later to eat? She is almost 16 weeks.
