Anyone go through this ? We used to be able to lay LO down and he would put himself to sleep. For a few weeks we've had to rock him completely to sleep. And he's been having a MOTN wake up

We're experiencing this because he is pulling up and teething. It takes so much longer to get to sleep now

@Mrs. Polish: spot on.
J had a tough time when he started to walk because he knew he could stand in his crib, and teething really messed with us. Hot. Mess. Once the exciting stuff wears off (standing in the crib) he'll go back to normal

I do think he is working on molars. AND he throws his lovey over and gets PISSED. that's the biggest problem

Yep. Her sleep went downhill after 9 months. She's one and has been waking up 1-2x a night. She use to STTN. Stinks big time.

We didn't then but did go through one right before he started walking and doing a bunch of other toddler like stuff around 14 months.

Sooo much development going on at that age and a lot of the movement seems to be instinctive rather than deliberate!

@coacheswife123: we have three blankies in with him bc of this! Does he wear a sleep sack? Our baby deedee makes it so hard for him to stand in the crib

Yes, 10 months was pretty hellish for us! We just took it day by day, and after a month or so he got over his new found independence.

@scg00387: yes but he can stand in it !
Last night he was up at 12 and 4 -_- and he has woken up from both naps today right at 30 mins screaming. I have to go back in and rock him. He usually naps awesome and at least an hr per nap . Is this teeth ?!?! I'm losing my mind !
Eta: the worst part isn't that I have to rock him. Its that he can't get comfy on me so he roots around. But refuses to be put down !

@coacheswife123: I bet it's teeth. I'm hearing lots of ppl with the same issue. I hope it goes away soon!
Do use use a sound machine? That helps us with wake ups sometimes...
