@Mrs. Lion: Mrs. Lion we haven't had one done, but we are thinking about it. Our daughter is not the world's worst sleeper, but she has always slept very little overnight and often wakes up and still seems tired. From February to April she was waking in the night for long periods of time. I think she may have some issues, but of course, she's sleeping a little bit better. We're trying to decide if we should because, as you said, it'll probably be a mess.
What are you all thinking right now?

@BKCaribBaby: they recommended we do one to check to see if he may have restless legs syndrome or something else that is preventing him from getting a full restful nights sleep. The specialist said his behaviors are often symptoms of chronic sleep deprivation, which sounds about right to me. I am not looking forward to it. This kid can't handle a band aid on his finger, let alone a bunch of them all over his head while he's trying to sleep
