Ok what do I do? I cant do this every hour and a half waking, its killin me. I am not opposed to some CIO if itll make the difference. I just need sleep.

We used the Ferber method (checking in after 5, 10, 15 minute intervals, increasing every night). It took two nights to go from every 1-2 hours to two MOTN feedings, which I kept on purpose for supply and I wasn't sure he was ready to lose them at 4 months. Now at 6 months we're going to phase out one of them, and then the other.
Good luck! I believe sleep training has saved my marriage and sanity, and it was STILL hard to do. You really have to be at your wits end, but trust me, if you stay consistent it will work.

Agree with the PP, checking with intervals. That's what our sleep consultant suggested as well.

Did the same as @knittylady:
I really hope you get some sleep soon!
