I sleep trained my twins at around 6 months. We did it then because that's when we moved them from one crib to two. I did them together and I think sometimes it was a curse and sometimes it was a blessing. Sometimes they would calm each other and other times they would keep each other awake. Usually they feel asleep at the same time.

We didn't do any particular method, (who has time to read with multiples) it was just CIO. I Would nurse them and they would usually fall asleep nursing but they would wake up when transfered to their cribs. We would go in at 10 minutes intervals. If they hadn't stopped after an hour I would nurse them to sleep again. Usually the wouldn't wake up after that second time be ause they had worn themselves out. It took about a week to ET them to get used to it. They would cry for like five minutes then fall asleep after that.

My main advice would be to stick with something for awhile even if it doesn't seem like its working, if after a week there's no signs of mprovement maybe you need to try something else. Twins are a little tricky and you have to work with the temperaments of each of your children. Good luck! If you have any other questions let me know.
