DD2 just cropped up a tiny tooth yesterday and has this very faint rash around her mouth. I don't remember that happening with DD1. Could it be teething related? Maybe extra drool + paci = rash?

Totally. My girls have both had this, inconsistently but for a tooth or two.

Yep - both my kids got that rash when they were teething for their first tooth!

T gets serious drool rashes. Lots of aquaphor helps him out

Definitely. DS gets a nasty rash from all the drool when he's teething. Totally normal
