Do you let your LO eat snacks in the car? I do if it's not super messy and something I know they can chew ok. Somehow though my car is full of snack crumbs. Sort of wish I wouldn't have started that habit!

No snacks in the car. I learned the hard way after an episode of post eating vomiting. Wasn't pretty.

We do snacks in the car. Her car seat and the backseat in general has to get vacuumed pretty frequently!

My car is gross. So many crumbs. She gets a lot of treats in the car and I'll even admit to letting her finish her breakfast in there.

Yup. We have seat coves, rubber mats, and we vacuum. I actually want to get my car detailed or whatever this winter.

Not all the time, but certainly for car trips. Her car seat is full of Cheerios and goldfish. She's pretty tidy when eating other snacks, but things like granola bars mean crumbs EVERYWHERE

Yes, often. The car has leather seats and rubber mats so that's not a huge deal, but his carseat is disgusting!

Always. He commutes with me and has breakfast at school, so a small snack really helps!

Only during road trips or we're having a later meal time so he needs a snack. He eats his fortune cookie in the car after we eat at a chinese place. Even then, there are crumbs everywhere. It's so gross!!

Only during road trips. He doesn't really need them any other time. The problem we have is sand from daycare! Our new daycare doesn't have them dump their shoes out at the end of the day and DH always forgets to do it before he gets in the car.

Yep, but I try to limit it to not-so-messy things like cheerios and grapes. Nothing that is going to stain badly or that is sticky.

I'm careful what snacks she has but yes, especially when we are driving home close to nap time. Somehow she mostly only gets the crumbs in her seat, not so much every where else. We should vacuum her seat out more though.
Only dry snacks like Cheerios and raisins in the snack catcher, or goldfish or crackers, are allowed. No pouches or milk because I don't trust her.

Only water, pouches, and puffs (he's way too old for puffs but I figure its not a choking hazard and he loves them=perfect for the car).

almost every day! It just makes sense to do snack time on the go for our schedule generally. I don't feel like it is a big deal. We only do dry snacks and things I can't imagine she could choke on (like I'll do bunny crackers but not string cheese). She used to be really messy but now she isn't. She sits there and eats her snack and doesn't really spill much (and not too many crumbs since most stuff is pop-able not stuff she bites into). I do vacuum out her seat pretty regularly but the car doesn't get messy and I have leather seats anyways.

Nope. On our cross country road trip, sure, but all bets are off then anyway.
