Yep. I'd never seen him in cry in our 3+ years of dating/engagement, except for the day we put his childhood dog down.
Then our wedding day came, he cried at our first look, my walk down the aisle, and during our vows we'd written ourselves!

DH and I both cried during our first ceremony (courthouse) and then neither of us did for our second (wedding celebration w/ family).
DH is a crier though. One morning I woke up late and he was in his office watching Susan Boyle's 'I Dreamed a Dream' video and had tears in his eyes because "it was so beautiful." I can't wait to see him meet our little girl - he's going to full on sob!

I was just going to start this. He did. He cried seeing me for our first look, seeing me in the church, during the ceremony, after the ceremony and during our first dance!!
First look photo. He's all crying....I'm all, "Don't ruin my makeup!" I'm so sentimental....

DH cried while I was walking down the aisle and during our ceremony. I teared up a little during the ceremony, too!

on our wedding day, neither of us cried! i was kinda shocked, 'cause i'm a crier =) but, he did when he came home unexpectedly & saw me while i was trying on my veil & my accessories. it was so sweet, he was silent & i thought something was wrong, but then he said 'oh my god, you look like an angel.' then i cried, too =)

My hubby cried from the moment he saw me walking down the aisle till we walked back up the aisle. Everyone that saw him cry, started crying too because they've never seen him cry. When we re-watch our wedding video, you can clearly hear him periodically sniffling. It's kind of funny, but I think it's so sweet.

He did. As soon as I turned the corner and he saw me walking down the aisle for the first time. The photog got a picture of it but I know he'd kill me if I posted it. It's one of my fav pics of all time.

Yep, he cried as he saw me coming down the aisle... here he is wiping his eyes Before the wedding, I always told him that I would very upset if he didn't cry at all, haha!

Nope...I kept joking he would because he's a crier. He was beaming like the sun though.

He cried when my Mom did her speech and said something that triggered a tear or two, and then another tear or two as he spoke to me in front of everyone.
Love him!

Neither of us cried. We were both SO happy and couldn't stop smiling but we both held it together and didn't cry.

He cried. I don't mean like sweet tears here and there, but literally bawled like a baby.
I guess that after he walked his mom down the aisle he went into the room behind the stage and told our pastor he couldn't do it. He said he was too emotional and they were going to have to put the wedding on hold for 15 minutes until he pulled himself together. Of course, that didn't happen. He cried while I read my vows, and when he read his... OMG. he SOBBED! It eventually got to the point where people were laughing and his best man came up to him and held his hand to help him get through them. By the end the entire church stood up and clapped for him. PHEW! Mr. emotional I guess......

Yes, he did and I think it was the sweetest sight ever! I also think it was the first time I saw him cry. He cried at our first look and then a little during our ceremony.

Hubs didn't, but he was chewing on his lip like crazy, trying to keep himself from it. No worries, though - I cried enough for the both of us!

@Mrsdaredevil: too cute!!
DH didn't cry on our wedding day, but he did when he proposed!

Almost. He looked teary eyed most of the service and his chin wobbled too.

Nope! Ha. The water works with DH didn't start until I got pregnant. I had seriously only seen him cry once in the entire 5 years we had been together (when a friend of his committed suicide). But since I have been pregnancy I have seen him cry 4-5 times!

I had never seen him cry and he got a little teary when I came down the aisle, but thank god that was it. If he cried I would have been a mess!
pomelo / 5820 posts
Nope! For some reason he was really nervous to stand in front of everyone, haha. I think he was more focused on that! I've only seen him cry on very rare occasions.... probably 2-3 times in the 6+ years we've been together.

@Mrsdaredevil: hahaha awww!! that is so sweet.
DH so cried. It was darling. Then his mom ran up onto the stage at the church to hand him a tissue lol I think we actually have a picture of it!

He totally cried during both our rehearsal and actual ceremony. It was super sweet

DH cried from the walk down the aisle to the prayer time during the ceremony. It was a beautiful time. He rarely ever cries.
pomelo / 5321 posts
Nope. We were both SO sick. It was awful. We had a courthouse wedding (thanks Army!) and the date was already on our marriage license. It was not how we envisioned our wedding day!
coconut / 8475 posts
Neither of us did but! He cried every.single.time we reminisce on the night he proposed and we got engaged. I swear to you it was the most beautiful day of my life and it trumped the wedding as far as "sentimental feelings" go. We were in so much love that night that 3 years later we tear up just talking about it!

He cried when I walked down the aisle and while he was dancing with his mom.
