I decided to measure myself after not doing so for about 2.5 weeks. I'm sure I could probably have lost more but I didn't give it my all like I had planned on doing. I also had to stop doing the C25K because I was sick and something was wrong with my ankle (but I plan to start that again soon).
So I did the 30 Day Shred. Some days I did two levels, some I only did one, and I skipped a day every week. So after 2.5 weeks, here's what I lost:
Midsection (around bellybutton): About 2 inches
Waist: 1 inch
Hips: 1 inch
Left thigh: 1/2 inch
Bust: 1 inch (boo, but it's probably due to weaning)
Under bust: 1/2 inch
Everything else pretty much stayed the same but I do feel stronger. Hopefully I can step it up and get even better results!
