After all the Mother's Day threads, what are you all planning for your SOs and/or dads for Father's Day?
My dad passed, so for me I just have to plan something for DH. I already ordered a funny Dad T-shirt but I have a couple of ideas for "real" gifts, too. And then I'd like to plan a fun day out for the 3 of us.
Although, after reading all the Mother's Day disappointment threads, maybe I should point-blank ask what DH would like to do for Father's day!

DH is super low key.
I will make him breakfast, I do the dishes for the day, grill out for dinner and he usually plays golf with his older kids.
My Dad is out of state so I mail him a gift.

I have no idea!! This will be DH's first Father's Day! My due date is June 5th, so we'll have a newborn at the time. Hmmmmm

My DH is really easy; he wants a day of relaxation and steaks on the grill. 
I'm going to surprise him with a round of golf at the course BIL works at. I'll let him sleep in then we'll do Sunday morning coffee paper time, I make breakfast (although he's not a huge breakfast person) probably eggs, bacon and toast. Then I told BIL to make the tee time for 10am so that they can leisurely play 18 and be back shortly after nap time. That way he's not missing too much time with the girls on Father's Day. Then everyone will probably be over shortly after for steaks on the grill!
I'll make a card with the girls for him and buy him the cast iron griddle he's been wanting for a year!
My dad passed away a long time ago. For FIL I'm going to invite him for golf too but he might not want to play. I'll have the girls make him a card too and probably a small fun gift that's a play on "pops" since that's what his kids call him.

@MrsBrewer: I think most of them were gender neutral, like "Dad" and "Dad's Little Buddy", which could go either way. Etsy is blocked at work, but I will check tonight!

I need to come up with something soon as I'm due the weekend before and will probably go late. I anticipate either still being in the hospital or just getting home and having to deal with our 2.5 yo and newborn. So I don't anticipate having a relaxing day at home!

Zulilly has t-shirts and onsies celebrating dads and I got two onsies that say 'I love dad'.

Haven't decided! I'll let dh choose, but either spend the day day camping, or go fishing, or to the hot springs. It's lo's birthday that weekend, so we will barbecue with people Friday or Saturday.
I want to get him a new watch since he collects them.

I have a feeling he'll want to go to breakfast at Cheesecake Factory with his dad, but I'll ask him what he'd like so I'll know for sure. He just got me a card for Mother's Day (which was totally fine) so I probably won't get him a gift per se, but if there's anything else he wants to do that day I'll try and make it happen.

My husband has an intense dislike for "hallmark" holidays, so we could skip it and he wouldn't care. I like them, so we compromise by doing something small. I'll probabky just have our son make him a card

DD and DH love reading together, so I'm going to get him a book from dd - some sort of I love my daddy book. Then, we will prob do brunch and I think I'll take DH to the driving range. I was going to treat him and his dad to a round of golf but his dad won't be around that weekend.

I got LO a tshirt that says "I 
daddy" a few weeks ago. I'm planning to get a pic of him in it and frame it. And also have LO wear the shirt on Father's Day. I'm planning to make a photo mug for FIL from shutterfly and I'm not sure yet about my dad.

I don't know, but I have to plan something super awesome... for mother's day our day care put on a show, but they're not doing it for father's day and I feel bad for DH! I've got to make it up to him

@MrsBrewer: Ditto! I want to get him something cute from the baby, and he mentioned the new barbershop in our building has hot shave services. I'll get him a gift certificate for a haircut and a hot shave. My parents are coming up, so they will have to pick up lunch to bring back since we will have a newborn!

I need to ask him! If I were to guess though, he'd want to do breakfast out, go to the playground with DS and then grill some steaks for dinner. I might get him some fitness gear since he's started to work out again.

There is a beach town we have been wanting to check out. We may go there for the weekend. I'll do a card. We will invite my parents. His step Dad will be with his girls.

Not sure yet! DH is pretty low key. We didn't really do a whole lot for Mothers Day so there isn't huge pressure to outdo each other We have been talking about going to the zoo or to a nearby beach park if it's nice.

Hoping to hide a gift for him to find that day. I'm thinking a golf membership for the month he's taking off work this summer if he doesn't buy it for himself before then!
I want to get him something awesome. He works so hard and is such a good dad.

I'll probably let him sleep in, make him breakfast, then we'll do something for the day like ride bikes at a park near by and then grill something for dinner. I might buy him a new grill also.

We'll probably head down to my BIL's in Annapolis (where I spent Mother's Day lounging poolside). They grill like their lives depends on it, and have a great outdoor bar!
As for gifts, not much. We're moving next week, and are buying a new (much bigger!) bed as a joint bday(me)/Mother's/Father's Day gift to ourselves.

always a card just reminding him how awesome he is to me and our girl, there's usually a quote from our latest listens or reads that's personal to us. big breakfast, big dinner - 6'4", 150lbs and he can EAT.
our second babe is due end of may and it's our first BOY!! so i'm thinking they may need matching gifts, just for fun. he could use a new french press (coffee fiend)? still working out the useful gift idea.
LOVE the idea of camping but can't imagine doing it a few weeks postpartum.
