Good: I've got a great DH and LO...they're both seriously the lights of my life!
Bad: Poor LO has had an ear infection for about the last month, and has been teething. Hoping this tooth pops and this most recent round of antibiotics starts to clear things up.

Good: work and family
Bad: I have a pretty bad angst as to what causes LO's weird liver markers.

Good: loving every minute of being a Mom, DH and I are in a state of constant happiness
Bad: trying to move out of NYC has been tougher than we thought and still in limbo with job transfer requests

@LovelyPlum: Thanks! Its not a professorship - its a move into grant management and research administration. I'm really burnt out on teaching and writing and want a change of direction, so its pretty ideal. And its for a dedicated research center that's right in my area of expertise, though a slightly different time period to what I work in.

Good: I'm pregnant!
Bad: I'm super anxious about staying pregnant.

Good: We have an opportunity coming up to save a whole bunch of money, and we are actually getting a return back instead of owing like they originally said we would!
Bad: Dh is leaving for his 1 year deployment in 2 weeks. My eczema has come back on my hands with a vengeance, lo is only sleeping 2 hours at night, and our toddler refuses to eat anything for me.

Good: The weather is really beautiful here right now. My tax refund is larger than what I expected this year.
Bad: Still unemployed. I hurt my knee about a month ago skiing and it's still not back to normal, or even half of normal. I need to schedule a doc appointment but I'm scared because I'm 90% sure they'll tell me I need surgery to fix it

Good: I got a promotion at work today!
Bad: MIL is having some worrisome health issues.
