This will be our last year with access to MIL's wholesale jewelry discount (she's retiring soon) so I'm asking DH for something sparkly. From other family/relatives, I'm eyeing a variety of purses. I think I'm getting a cute wristlet and a smokey blue Fossil bag, and a new rain jacket from REI. @loveisstrange: I just got my first Lorac eye shadow palette and it's the best eye shadow I've ever uses! I don't know how I didn't discover it sooner.....I think it's better than NARS, and NARS has always been my favorite shadow.

@loveisstrange: so if you subscribe to Hautelook (I have the app so it updates me each time there is a new flash sale), they have Lorac on there every 6 weeks or so, and for a killer deal! Wayyyy cheaper than retail!

These threads always make me feel like I'm not a real grown up. I really want this game (we do a nerd night every couple weeks where we game with friends, or the Firefly board game. Our friend has Firefly though, so I don't need it.

I was obsessed with this fringe BCBG cardigan and finally got it at the SFA F&F sale....Now I'm eyeing an Obagi Nu Derm kit, since for the first time in forever I'm not pregnant/BFing/TTC. Okay I'm not eyeing it. I have an appt next week with an aesthetician to get it. I actually suck at eyeing things. I always cave.

@BandDmommy: I am a big Obagi fan! I did it for years until we started TTC. It's the best stuff out there...It's actually probably the reason that at 35, I still really don't need botox...It's amazing stuff! Tons of chemicals (have to use with Retin A) but whatevs
