Nora Roberts - the Brides Quartet. A series of four books, each from the perspective of a different woman, about four woman running a wedding business (and obviously finding love themselves).

I definitely second liane moriarty. Also love Maeve Binchy. Jen Lancaster writes funny memoirs (her earliest stuff is best like "bitter is the new black" and "such a pretty fat").

My BFF recommended the Bridgerton series by Julia Quinn. Super easy/mindless read, but plenty of good humor to keep you going.
