I just started using our sound machine for naps to start it ad a sleep ques for DD
Well I don't see it prolonging naps yet but...
Just had neighbor ring door bell, both dogs barking like nuts and......
Baby still ASLEEP!!!!

I dont know how she would sleep without white noise! I mean she would but not well at all. At church I hide with her in the office and put white noise on my phone too! Sometimes I put it on while nursing to lessen distractions!

My LO sleeps with 2 white noise machines. We live in an urban area, and there's always construction or car alarms, or people honking, or sirens of some kind. Not to mention the nightly garbage trucks at 3 am.
Two machines FTW!!
