This weekend I wore my Sperry's and had multiple slip and almost-fell-on-my-a$$ moments! WTH?! I've had them for a couple of years, and sure they are slippery on some surfaces, but I couldn't believe it! We were walking downhill with the stroller at one point, when my foot slid a couple of feet and DH hurried and grasped the stroller! We were close to a curb too!

Why are Sperry's so slippery if they are boat shoes? Wouldn't you end up slipping all over a wet boat then? I love them because they're easy to slip on. Maybe I need to get something on the bottom to make them less slippery.

Am I the only Sperry-challenged walker or what?
