I am always begging restaurants to make my food spicy, but they never do! I understand why: they probably don't want to have to remake the meal if it turns out to be too spicy for customers. But it means that if you love spicy food, you have to seek out really authentic ethnic food that mostly serve customers from that country. We went out to this one Thai restaurant in Woodside Queens that was so amazing and so spicy!

At home, Bee makes food that is relatively bland for the kids and then spices up some of it for the two of us. I hope the kids learn how to eat spicy soon, so we can all eat the same meal!

Where do you fall on the spice-ometer?
