Which episode of friends is your favorite and which character is your favorite?
Its hard to pick but towards the end I actually found chandler to be so funny!
My favorite episode would have to be when ross and rachel first got together

I have a favorite scene: Where Chandler and Monica are dating but no one knows yet and she's in the tub and someone comes in so Chandler dunks her under. They're ordering food and she pop's up after Joey? leave and says "Chicken - I could go for some chicken!" or something like that. My BFF and I have been doing that line for years!

I have TONS of fav episodes (Friends is my all-time favorite tv show!).
One that I really enjoy is the one where we find out that there's a tape of Ross and Rachel, er, conceiving Emma. I really enjoy the whole back-packing across Europe storyline, when Phoebe says, "Oh you totally came onto Ross!" Ken Adams and Regina Phalange LOL.
Love it.
Edit - Ross is my fav. Chandler is #2.

I love Chandler! I can't really recall entire episodes but I have favorite moments, like when Chandler was "quitting smoking" and he had the cigarette in one drawer and would open it, puff, spray, and fan the air. Or the "pivot!" scene... lol

I'm a Rachel fan at heart, since we share the same name. I keep wanting to go back and watch the episodes where she is like super pregnant and yelling at her belly, "GET OUT GET OUT GET OUT!"

The Thanksgiving episode with Christina Applegate. The banter between her character and Rachel was priceless.

I can't choose a favorite! One of the most memorable scenes to me, for some reason, is when Chandler and Joey are mad at each other (the episode where everyone is taking forever to get ready for something and they never leave the apartment). Chandler won't get out of Joey's seat, so Joey goes home and puts on all of Chandler's clothes and says "I'm Chandler! Could I BE wearing any more clothes?"

Ohhh I have way too many fave episodes! I do love when Brad Pitt is on and him and Ross had an "I hate Rachel Green club"
I think Chandler is my favourite.. so funny. Ross is also so weird that he is hilarious. I love the final episode where Ross and Rachel are finally together too!

OK, I can't stop... I also really like the episode where Monica is trying to recreate Phoebe's grandmother's chocolate chip cookie recipe and she comes out at the end with it coming from "Nestlay Toulouse" ... Nestle Tollhouse. lol I do that all the time whenever I make cookies.

Also when joey moved out and chandler got a new roommate who had a goldfish cracker in his fish tank...
And when joey allowed them to be robbed when he was trying to sell his entertainment center

Oh man I think Rachel is my favorite character, followed closely by Phoebe and Joey!
Favorite Episodes: 1) the ones with Bruce Willis loved his role "I too am a NEAT guy"
2) The One with the "routine" and Ross & Monica are doing their dance on New Years Eve.
3) The Thanksgiving episodes...all of them but the best is with Brad Pitt. -

And where they play Ross's trivia game to compete for the apartment...that's a classic.
omg, and have you guys seen the blooper reels?? Not gonna lie, sometimes I just watch them on youtube when I need a good laugh, and usually end up crying from laughing so hard!

I can't pick a favorite episode or scene. I love them all. You guys have named so many good ones. "Could I BE wearing anymore clothes?" haha All of Phoebe's songs were always fun. Smelly Cat is probably my favorite. I'd say Phoebe and Joey were my favorite characters.

@gingerk: I just watched the one where Phoebe gets kicked out of Central Perk for that professional musician lady, and at the end of the episode she is teaching her how to play Smelly Cat. And she's like "Don't feel bad, it is a really hard song"

There are two good Ross episodes I'm just now thinking of. When he gets stuck in the bathroom and can't get off his leather pants, and the episode where he whitens his teeth so much that they glow in the dark.

I actually had a few HS students this year say that Friends was their favorite TV show...thank goodness for reruns! A few years ago, no one had heard of it! : (
It's definitely my favorite series of all time!
I also love the episode in Jamaica when Monica's hear is all crazy and she cant' stop playing ping pong : ).

Haha oh I just remembered the one where chandler has the job interview and he really doesn't want to screw up and then the guy asks him "what is it you do do" -- DOO DOO lol. And he gets thru it then totally blows it at the end when he brings it up
