I almost never dream! I read that's a symptom of sleep apnea, so now I'm considering seeing a sleep doctor.
Do you dream?

YES! They are so "real" to me too!!! My husband is always so shocked at how dramatically I recount them to him!

Last night I dreampt I was taking an art class and had to do a project based on one of J Lo's videos but I've never seen one so I did a bad job on it.
If you start writing down your dreams you'll start to remember them more. If you don't remember the actual dream you can just write down a feeling you had when you woke up, a color you saw, etc. And eventually the dreams should come to you.
I took a dream /symbolism class in grad school. We kept a dream journal and at the end found reoccurring themes in our dreams. Mine were pretty dead on to what was going on in my life, it was neat to see.

Sometimes I have crazy vivid dreams...Other nights I don't think I dream at all. When dreams are crazy but feel SO real and happen to be relevant to my real like, I feel very controlled and I hate that feeling!
