My mom never cared about changing in front of me, but I was very modest until I had kids. Now I'm so used to being naked after having kids/breastfeeding, I often work at my desk naked (tmi) because I'm pumping haha.
Do you mind being naked in front of your mom?

My moms seen me in all of my post pregnancy glory. Prior to having my Lo I was pretty modest too. She was shocked when she saw the size of my boobs. Lol

We were always pretty open about nudity. Some of our best talks when I was a teen would be while one of us was in the big master bath tub and the other sitting on the toilet (lid down! we had some boundaries :))

When I was little I didn't care- I have lots of embarrassing video to prove it! But now the only people who get to see my girly parts are my husband and doctor.
I don't care around LO though- she's so little she doesn't care or know the difference.

I am very modest, so is my family. I bought a robe to wear post baby for when my Mom is visiting and I'm breastfeeding so I have something to cover myself with.

@MegWag: My mom and I were the same. She has a chronic pain condition, so she lived in the bathtub, and that was often the only time we had alone to talk.
Even now that I'm married and living in a different city, my family is very...un-modest?

In my family we were always very open about nudity. I guess with a mom and 3 sisters that happens. even now I don't really care, I change in front of close friends & family and don't think anything of it.

Yes, I used to be modest about it. But now I just pop my boob around her whenever I need to nurse. In front of MIL even! NO shame! My mom used to sit on the toilet while I took a shower to talk to me and I used to get so annoyed.

I grew up changing/being naked in front of my Mum and vice versa all teh time, so no biggie. I also went to boarding school and shared a dorm with other girls, you get used to being naked in front of others really quick!

@plantains: Me too. I'm not very modest. Well... I am more so now because I feel weird with the belly, but I'm the lady that walks around naked after my swim workout in the gym. And my mom used to wake us up for school when she was still naked. So, I'm used to nudity.
(My dad was super modest, but I guess I got it from my mom)

My mom never changed in front of me while I was growing up, and I'm pretty modest. Until I was in labor - haha! My step mom, who has been in my life for the last 4ish years, was in the room with me and DH while I was in labor. Once labor really got under way and I got into the jet tub, my modesty went out the window! She was right there - though I did warn her before she came in - and saw it all! She held a leg while I was delivering DS! I had no problem whipping out my boobs to nurse DS. I was a little modest in front of my MIL at first, but got over it pretty quickly.

I don't think I have seen my mom naked but I am definitely not modest around her! Wedding gown shopping and the early days of motherhood threw that out the window.

My mom was never modest around me... nor is she still... though obviously I'm not around a lot while she's changing... I'm not very modest about changing in front of my mom or friends when we're on trips... so I'm sure I'll be just like my mom around LOs.

I'm really modest and feel uncomfortable being exposed in front of other people, besides DH. But since having LO and having had the nurses help LO latch on and checking how my milk supply was, I no longer have a problem whipping out my boob in front of my mom to Breastfeed or pump.

I don't mind nursing infront of my mom or changing in a dressing room that she is in but otherwise I am still pretty modest infront of her.
