When I sneeze. I hold them in but it still makes a huge noise and everyone within 100 feet of me hears it. It killed my chances of ever becoming a ninja and/or special forces op and even worse, it scares the crap out of my LO. 
How bad are your sneezes? Do you hold them in, or let them out?

I let them out. I have those ones that pass without anything, but usually it's big and loud and uncontrollable. DH hates getting startled by them.

Uh everyone at work makes fun of my loud sneezes. And my husband always accuses me of being dramatic and making them louder than necessary!! I can't help it, I'm a loud sneezer! I don't hold them in... I feel like that's not good for you.

When I'm at home, I let them out - spit and all. The hubs thinks I'm a monster. But in public, I let out a dainty one - don't want to scare people, y'know?

Either way mine are huge and crazy... they almost always scare someone and recently it has been the baby in my belly. Every time I sneeze the baby starts moving around a lot!
eta: My sister is the exact opposite of me, she has the tiniest sneezes ever! I always laugh at her because she actually sounds like a cat sneezing... people always ask her what she is doing if they see it happen

@MamaMoose: DH is the same way! He tells me that I'm being overly dramatic with my sneezes or that I'm purposefully being loud.
But I'm not - That's just how I sneeze and always have!

Big and loud - I always have to bend over slightly to sneeze as otherwise it hurts my back a little! DH's sneezes are horrible - it sounds like he's just spitting everywhere! At least mine are recognisably sneezes!

Mine aren't loud so much as there's at least 5 or more to each set of sneezes. My dad does it too. I guess it's a family thing for us.

Mine aren't horrible. They don't frighten people. Dh's sneezes, on the other hand, can be heard in the next county if he lets them out. Sometimes he'll sneeze internally, though if other people are around. His loud ones scare me, I'm sure they'll scare our LO!

This is a funny question. The timing of it, that is. My sneezes are apparently classified as a small sneeze. I kinda bottle it up a bit when I'm at work though. My co-worker however, just sneezed and it was so loud that I almost wet myself. I kid, I kid. But it was insane.

Mine are loud, too. I tried to hold them in when I can, but one time I couldn't. It was really embarrassing.

Ok, so I'm the only person in my family that does quiet sneezes. My dad once sneezed under they bay window in my parent's bedroom and set of our alarm in the middle of the night because of the "shatter sensor".

i can muffle my sneezes. but watch out if i'm hit with dust allergies! you can't stop the sneezes! or muffle them.

Mine aren't too big. But I have to let them out. Hubby holds them in, I'm not sure how he does that.
