We broke up in college and I started dating my old 6th grade "boyfriend" for a couple months, but it was nowhere near the "in love" status. DH is my one and only!

I thought I "loved" my college BF, looking back that NEVER would have worked. So I wont count that. So two times before DH.

Once before my husband, but the way I love my husband is much healthier than the previous love. Both my husband and I have reserved hearts, it took us both well over a year of serious dating (and living together) to tell each other we loved each other.

Once before my husband. Turned out he was a raving loony who ritualistically slaughtered his neighbor's sheep. I can stand a fair deal of crazy, but.... no. Just no.
I had an almost-in-love crush once, but he was gay, and we were both dating each other as a cover story (me to shake a stalker - worked like a charm.)
ETA: For a small town in Missouri, we sure had a lot of insane people.
