I started a thread like this a few weeks ago, too! LOL. LO *finally* sprouted her first tooth when she was 8 months, 9 days old (it could have been a few days earlier but I didn't notice it until then). Her second tooth sprouted five days later!

@Rubies: I'm horrible about searching for a thread before posting one : ) ... Lo is just shy of 7 months and She has been drooling like crazy and nawing on things for the past 2-3 months, I'm suprised its taking so long for a tooth to push through!

@lovelife: Oh, goodness. I thought LO was teething since she was 4 months old! I seriously threw my hands up in the air and exclaimed "FINALLY!!!!!!" when I discovered her tooth! The biggest sign I noticed that maybe 2 weeks before the tooth, she was letting out MOUTHFULS of drool (not just the usual drooly slobber down the chin)...And sticking her fingers in the mouth.

A few days after LO turned 6 months old, both teeth on the bottom broke through. It was great! He had been SO miserable. We were excited to see those little teeth!
