The grocery store. But I rarely buy them. I just use jars that food like jelly comes in if I want glass jars.

I got mine at Wal-Mart, but then like a week later I saw some at Big R for less $

If I'm getting them for canning at the store. If I remember correctly they're usually in the baking aisle, bottom shelf.
And I got a bunch free via hosting a House Party!
For other "decorative" reasons I look on Craigslist or garage sales!

I used a ton in my wedding and I got them all from Craigslist or thrift shops! But I didn't need the tops, so I took all I could get my hands on! lol
