So - I am wrapping up a mini pre-baby shopping spree and the last thing I wanted to indulge myself in was a Spiralizer.

Complex carbs are my nemesis and I generally struggle at getting in enough veggies during the day. I am hoping to come out of this pregnancy and take much better care of myself. I have been eyeing a spiralizer...specifically the Paderno 3 or 4 blade...

Opinions? Reviews? Fav recipes/methods?
