How long did you spot?

I can't remember really well but I think around a month or six weeks. It was driving me crazy, but I knew Mirena was a good option for me because I had one before LO so I stuck it out!

I got it at 8 weeks PP and had almost no spotting. Period didn't show up until S was 9 months.

I think about 6 weeks total? Drove me nuts.

Forever. I think it was six months, just enough that I sort of needed a panty liner. So annoying but the other benefits outweighed the annoyance.

Around 6 months. It suddenly stopped right around then and I haven't had a period since (over a year)

Thanks everyone. I had mine put in yesterday. I was pretty crampy yesterday, but I feel much better today already. We'll see about the spotting!

I didn't spot for long but had painful cramping for 3 months.

After DD about 2 months. But with DS still spotting at 7 months. It's minor but still annoying since it was so much better the first time around.

Probably about 2 months of spotting but I haven't had a period at almost 22 months postpartum (still nursing a few times a day though). So worth it for sure!

I got a second one and it was only the bleeding from the insertion day, and almost nothing the next day, and nothing after.
