Anyone in?

What are you targeting?
My stomach/ weight.

Why?
I am still carrying 2 extra inches there, which makes all my clothes look terrible.

What is your goal?
I need to clean up my diet and lose at least 1 inch off of my gut, but 2 would be nice.

How will you reach it?
Cont. 2 weight training and 3 cardio days/ wk, enforce no weekday booze (or dry at least 5/7 days), eat non-dairy 2/3 meals a day (it's the cheese, man, my kryptonite).

And I am gonna bust out the big guns and post a 'before'. pic of the gut. Wearing my jeans because that is where the dunlap occurs and makes all of my outfits look crappy. Plus, the jeans are my 'fat' jeans.
