I haven't had an issue with Sbux exactly, but sometimes I notice that the fast food place left out an item or two when I go through the drive-through window. I've called, they made note of it, and told me that it would be on the house the next time I came back (I'm assuming there's a log?). I think Sbux would have better customer service than Jack in the Box, so I'm sure they would do something similar!

I usually call the store. Often they'll give you a coupon for a free drink.

This happened to me once. They have a thing on their website where you can send them an email. They followed up with me around 2 days later and sent coupons for 2 free drinks!

@bluestriped bee: One time Starbucks gave me the wrong drink twice in the same week. I didn't realize it until I was already at work, and I was PISSED! They should know better than to cross an addict. I sent an email to customer service and they mailed me coupons for free drinks

Send a customer service complaint- they will usually send you an apology letter in the mail along with a coupon for a free drink. Also i dont think it hurts to call the store either- thye will probably comp your drink when you go in the next time!

I acutally just complained about a month ago for almost the same thing!

You have to call the store. I have tried complaining to corporate before and they were no help. The store helped, though and gave me a free drink the last time they screwed up.
