Our video monitor has a red circle of lights that allows the night vision on the camera to work. Unfortunately my son STARES into it like a deer caught in the head lights...and then he won't fall asleep. Anyone else have this problem or any advice?

It's above his crib, about 2 feet above him maybe? I don't think I'll be able to see his chest move when he breathes if a move it further away...

My friend had this problem and put tape over the light.

We have ours further away and I can still see him breathe. LO used to stare at it, sometimes he still does - but it's always been there so he's used to it. I LOVE watching him sleep!!
