Yesterday we went out to lunch and LO was not eating. He threw every piece of food on the floor. I thought he was just being picky because of what I offered or he was too excited to eat. Then at dinner he threw all his pizza on the floor (one of his favorites). I got him to eat a carrot apple pouch and he drank his milk.

This morning he ate normally. At lunch he was eating his PBJ when suddenly up came his breakfast and his lunch! Does this sound like a stomach bug? The last time he did the picky eating thing, he ended up with an ear infection
